I'm injured.
fall down during dragon training.
competition is coming, which is this coming Sunday.
HOW? can i recover by then. hopefully can, cos has been training seen months ago.
cause of the injury is due to , i jump too fast and nearly hit onto my teammate, so i try to Siam while I'm on the air,
i had a bad landing. :(
i spring my ankle.
went to see Chinese doctor the next following day.
after which, i when to see ang mo doctor, i fall sick. got slight fever.
haiz. well, hope to have a fast recovery.

CHICKEN Rice eating competition!!! How many bowl of chicken rice

each bowl weight a 150gram,
3-5 pcs chicken and rice.
went to zhange de Pri opp to Pray..thai budda temple.
we will be pushing off during nite time
