- on 31 May 09, Road Traffic Accident
admited to Alexandra Hospital
transferred to NUH Cardio thoracic team on the 12 June.
principal Diagnosis : RT Hemopneumothorax.
Discharge on 15 June. which is yesterday.
Relevant History & Examination: Polytrauma
R traumatic haemoPTX, Multiple R sided Rib #s
R scapula #
on chest tube + suction for daily assessment.
MC till 29 of June, on e same day, will be going to NUH for follow up action, e.g X-ray.
painful dude.
hard to sleep, uneasy to move around and not much energy to do thing.
going to see TP tomorrow, hope everything will be smooth.
